Performance

Across theatre, film and television, in both the avant-garde and high profile international screen work, Amanda has a broad knowledge of performance techniques, artistic forms and the industry. Her recent screen work includes; Netflix's KAOS and Apple TV's Hijack. 

 

She was awarded the Queens Trust Award for Young Australians for the Achievement of Excellence, an Ian Potter Cultural Trust Award for Outstanding Potential in the Arts, an AACTA Award and Film Critics Circle Award for Best Supporting Actress for her work in the film That Eye the Sky, nominated for a Green Room Award for her work in the Melbourne Festival production of Medea and nominated for an Irish Theatre Award for Best Ensemble in Abi Morgan's Spendour, Amanda starred in ITV's Unforgotten 4 which was nominated for a best drama BAFTA.

Amanda co-founded the Melbourne theatre company The Hoist producing four critically acclaimed productions; It's A Family Affair, Antigone, Bearhunt and The Government Inspector. In London, she directed and performed in Fantasmata, which featured at the Peckham Festival and starred in The Daughter Abroad at Theatre 503.
